MEMORY STONES
Inspired by the Jewish custom of leaving a stone at the graveside of a loved one as an act of remembrance.
Wrapped in fabric and embroidery and then bound with material strips of printed words. These words I gathered from various people after asking what 'hope' meant to them. They appear as small memorials to all who have suffered through conflict with hope for a positive future.
