HOPE EMERGING

​

Knitted strips are hung to create a cascade of emerging hope. Topped with blood coloured knots suggesting pain and suffering they transform into ivory shibori bubbles of spreading hope. Each length is knotted and bound with yarn wrapped lengths and felted wool pieces, conveying protection and unity.

This piece is approx 350cm x 150cm
